Genesis BCS has a Net Promoter Score of 78!

The Net Promoter Score is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others. It is used as a proxy for gauging the customer’s overall satisfaction with a company’s product or service and the customer’s loyalty to the brand. This means your customers are grading your business overall on a 200 point grading system.

So what does this mean for Genesis BCS? Is a 78 a high score? If I remember right a 75 was a C in school. The answer is, YES!
