This service is for GCP1 customers only. If, for any reason, your phone system should suffer a catastrophic failure that affects at least half of your users, Genesis promises to have a technician working on the situation within 1 hour, day or night. Genesis walk-throughs consist of a survey/audit of the existing environment to ensure a smooth transition to newly acquired technology.
- Installations
Genesis offers its customers turnkey installations which include initial consultation, database gathering, installation, end-user training and administrative training for their new technology.
