Genesis BCS is interested in hiring two Senior Account Managers.
The position:
The Senior Account Manager position will be primarily responsible for the procurement of clients for the company. Must meet sales projections, work directly with sales engineers, the marketing assistant, as well as the President and Executive VP, to set up new accounts. He or she will keep in contact with their customer base to identify potential sales to current and previous customers.
You will be fully trained on our product line, as well as sales techniques and our team approach to selling. No industry knowledge is required, but it is a plus!

Pay and benefits:
-A typical year-one Outside Sales Rep makes around $35-50K, with pay correlating strongly to effort and number of connections. It’s not unheard of very dedicated Senior Account Managers to earn $75K+, and our highest performing sales reps have earned as much as $150K.
-This position receives commission on all new sales, sales to our extensive customer base, and system upgrade sales. Base salary is optional.
