I just wanted to take a moment and let you guys know how pleased I am with all of the work you did for Tana during our corporate office move and integration of the new phone system. In my recent annual review my boss told me he had been part of 10+ moves in his career and that this one was by far the smoothest that he had ever been involved in from an IT perspective. I remember back when I hired Genesis I told you that because I was using you guys for so many pieces of the move you had the power to make me look like a hero or really bad. The purpose of this letter is to thank you for making me a hero with my coworkers and senior management. The cabling work Genesis did is spectacular and I received numerous compliments from the contractor, the developer, and the architect on the cabling team’s work and professionalism. The developer even went as far as to tell me that it was the best cabling work he had ever seen.
Everyone loves the new ShoreTel phone system! You guys did a great job of training and giving people the support they needed to have a comfort level and confidence with their phones that they hadn’t experienced in the past. I also love that it’s simple enough to use that I can handle 90+% of the administration myself. The transition from an antiquated digital system to a modern IP system went as smoothly as I could have possibly hoped for, and I know that is almost all because of Genesis. Thanks for being the perfect balance between professionalism and treating me like family. I’m looking forward to many more years of working with you for all of my telephony and cabling needs.
