ShoreTel was recently awarded by TMC, a global, integrated media company, the 2014 Unified Communications Product of the Year for both ShoreTel Dock and ShoreTel 14.2.
The ShoreTel Dock is the first and only business-grade device that transforms the Apple iPhone, iPad and iPad Mini into a desk phone. The ShoreTel dock combines the benefits of both a desk phone and the unified communication powers of ShoreTel Mobility. With this merge of the worlds you get the audio quality, power and ergonomic comfort of a desk phone with the instant messaging, directories, web conferencing and more of Mobility. The ShoreTel Dock comes in two models, one with an Apple 30 pin connector and one with the Apple Lighting Connector.
ShoreTel 14.2 gives companies of all sizes the ability to mix-and-match hardware-based and virtual appliances into a single network. 14.2 allows customers to choose the deployment model that best suits their needs, which in turn enables them to leverage virtual servers they already own and operate. This delivers customers greater flexibility, reliability and scalability at the lowest cost.
